All movements are split between partners except for the runs which you will do together.
Wednesday 11/11

Part A

2 minutes of box step ups (choose height), 15x push ups, 2 minutes of box step ups, 15 push ups

Part B

Run 400m

30x Wall balls

30x Pull ups or ring rows

Run 400 m

20x Wall balls

20x Pull ups or ring rows

Run 400 m

10x Wall balls

10x Pull ups or ring rows

Run 400 m
