Goblet squats, box jumps, KB swings -rest 5 minutes between rounds

Wednesday
3 part Partner WOD
Part 1: 15 minute AMRAP
Partner A rows 750 meters while partner B performs a farmers carry until partner A is finished rowing

Rest 5 minutes

Part 2: 15 minute AMRAP
Partner A runs 400 meters while partner B performs wall balls

Rest 5 minutes

Part 3: 15 minute AMRAP
Partner A performs 100 single unders while partner B performs burpees
