Monday:
Complete 5 rounds of the following:

Run 400m

15x burpees

20x jump squats

25x sit ups

Then rest 2 minutes and perform 5x 100m sprints (Rest 60 seconds between each sprint)

Wednesday– no coach
Part A – 3x1200m/Rest 3 min
(Hold effort 3-5 sec)
Part B – 3 rounds
50 meter farmers carry
10 push ups
20 mountain climbers
