This is Gill’s last week of leading the Endurance class before that little ball of joy enters the world!!  You are an awesome coach and we are all excited to meet the little man!

Monday 9/14
Part A 3 rounds
200 meter run
20 air squats
10 push ups
10 scullers

Part B death by burpees
Minute 1- 1 burpees, minute 2-2 burpees and so on until failure

Part c
1 mile run

Wednesday 9/16
Part A
5 x 25 meter prowler pushes

Part b
2 rounds
800 meter run
30 wall balls
30 wall ball sit ups
30 box jumps
30 goblet squats
800 meter run
