Tuesday-

    2. 10+ reps x 1 set —leave 2-3 reps in the tank—don’t go all out

Wednesday-

  1. Clean and Jerk
    1. 2 @ 60%
    2. 3 @65%
    3. 3@ 70%
    4. 4@ 75%

 

Friday-

  1. Deadlift
