Part B

4 rounds
800 meter run
200 meter farmers carry

Wednesday 10/7

A) 3 rounds of Cindy:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

B) partner WOD
2 mile partner run with weight partners will run the 2 miles together but carry only one sand bag or slam ball and will switch on and off carrying it. Once done with the 2 mile run complete 100 total burpees together.
