Deadlift 3×5 add 10/5 lbs to last week.

Lift 10,000 lbs as fast as possible using only one rep of the following:

1 Squat
1 Press
1 Deadlift

We will have a few bars set up for each lift to keep everyone moving. Bring a pen to keep track.
