Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)

This is a 5 Rep Max not a 3×5 today guys! Warm up well then get after it!


100 Pull ups in the least amount of sets as possible.

Do as many strict as possible first then if you want move to kipping. IF you cannot do 5 strict pullups you CANNOT do kipping. Do 100 reps of pulling up as far as possible.
