Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)
Pull Ups 3 x Max Reps


This one is straight from the Football site. We will be doing the WOD in regualr gym b/c use of rings so stay out of the way of the classes as much as possible.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

30″ Box Jump – 6 Reps
Supine Ring Row – 8 Reps
40 lb Ball Slams – 10 Reps
Ring Push Ups – 8 Reps
