Skill: Double KB racked Lunge

KB Curtis P’s – AMQRAP in 15 – 20 min.

Double KB Clean > Double KB Front Squat > Double KB Press > Double KB Racked Lunge (R/L or L/R)

Swing Test – 200 Swings in 10 Min – Every 30 seconds, perform 10 one-hand Hardstyle Swings (Alternate Right and Left)
