Bench Press 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Alternate exercises at the top of every minute for
15 minutes:

Wall Walk with Push Up – 3 Reps
2 Pood KB Swing – 15 Reps
45 lb Russian Twist – 30 Reps
