There has been an increase in equipment left around on the new side of the gym. I know I made it clear that we will be putting all of our equipment away when we are done using it. This includes benches weights squat racks and personal belongings like shoes and belts. If anyone is at the gym after 6 when i leave please let other people know IN A NICE WAY to please put things back where they belong. I know there is a ton of equipment stacked in that back corner where we work out but lets keep leading by example. Also try not to let people block the big door with sleds and other large objects. They need to be stacked against the wall and out of the way of people going in and out of that door. Now on to the fun…

Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
Bench Press 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Floor Press 3, 3, 3, 3
Barbell Step Ups 4×6 each side (use 45% of Back Squat 1 RM)


As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

Sprint 40 yds
Plyo Push Ups – Max Reps Unbroken

*Plyo Push Ups should be performed on a 45 lb bumper. One hand will start on the plate and at the top of each rep, you must switch hands explosively without “walking” them. The set ends when you can no longer perform this movement dynamically.
