RECIPE TO TRY: PESTO ZUCCHINI PASTA

Minced garlic (I like to use the already minced stuff)
Pesto Sauce (Home made or Out of the jar)
Veggetti Spiral Vegetable Cutter
Wash and spiral the zucchinis. Now, this is Crossfit, so you get a heck of a forearm workout in doing this. Once spiraled, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Once olive oil is hot, add about a teaspoon of minced garlic. After heating the garlic for about 30-45 seconds, add a handful of the zucchini. Sautee the zucchini untl is starts to soften. Drizzle additional olive oil over the zucchini and add pepper to taste. Zucchini is done when noodles are soft or al dente. Put noodles in a bowl and add pesto sauce to taste. Enjoy!
You can also use the sauteed zucchini as the noodles in spaghetti.
