Ruckfit is a structured workout similar to Crossfit, but with an emphasis on teamwork. The foundation of Ruckfit is primarily bodyweight movements with an emphasis on strict form. A typical Ruckfit class may involve completing various stations with a set time at each station. Other classes may include a team-based workout where both partners work together to complete a set number of repetitions for various movements. Regardless of what workout takes place, Ruckfit is a challenging and fun session. It’s also a change of pace for those who have been doing the regular Crossfit workouts during the week!
