Crofton Crossfit Endurance is a program comprised of workouts that vary to include long and short distances, along with some weights and body weight movements. This program is free to all members and can be modified to meet the needs/ability levels of each athlete. Our endurance program includes running and rowing and can help individuals increase their cardiovascular endurance and increase their performance in running races. Endurance meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. Most meetings are in the back parking lot behind CCF, but can also occur at the Arundel High School Track. All workouts are posted one month in advance on the website. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle, stop watch, and comfortable running shoes.
