Paige Kline leads the CFKids program, a strength and conditioning based class designed for kids from 5 to 14 years of age. This program focuses on functional movements and 10 fitness domains, including; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CFKids will increase physical competence and deliver measurable results to prepare your child to be a well-rounded athlete. Like our Crossfit program, Crossfit Kids also allows for scalable workouts, tailored for all levels and abilities, so that all kids will equally benefit from the program!
