During the hour of Body Burn you will go through a warm up, a workout and a cool down full of stretching inspired by Yoga. When you are done with your workout you will have shed some fat and got that energy that we all chase day to day. Be ready to tone up and feel great! Drop that pant size and tighten you belly an hour at a time!
