For Time:
100 Thrusters 135/95

At the top of each Minute do 5 burpees

Time Cap 30 Minutes

You will need to scale this unless you are a bad MOFO!

Some examples:

Use a much lighter weight (95/65) and do the 5 burpees.
Do RX or heavy for your ability and cut some burpees each round.
Do RX or heavy for your ability and do the burpees every other minute.
GO HAM and cut total number of thrusters.
This should take you more than 20 minutes but we are putting a time cap of 30 minutes on it. If your form is failing you need to drop weight!
