I will be late today. If you get there early knock out your strength then jump in with the 430 or 530 class for the WOD.

Power Clean 5×3 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)
Pull Ups 3 x Max Reps

Hang Power Clean 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
Pull Ups 3 x Max Reps

WOD – Do this with the 430 or 530 classes. Scale the weight if you are beat up from the squats from yesterday. You can also make these Power cleans.
