Pull Ups 3 x Max Reps

Rack Pull 3, 3, 3, 3
Pull Ups 3 x Max Reps

Complete 8 rounds:

25 yd Prowler Push (high handles) or 75 yd Sprint
60 seconds Push Ups – Max Reps

*Push the prowler or Sprint the 75 yds, once you cross the finish line you have 60 seconds to do as many Push Ups as possible. After 60 seconds, immediately start the next round.
*For Prowler Push, use 90-180 lbs.
