Press 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Collegiate
Squat 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
Press 5×5

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

Push Press – 3 Reps
Ball Slam – 5 Reps
45 lb Russian Twist – 20 Reps (total)

*For push press, use between 185-225 lbs
