Hey Guys,

Coach Chris cleaned our side of the gym really well. I know we take pride in keeping it clean but if you see anyone not putting equipment back in the correct location you have permission to give them a hard time. Be friendly but let them know on our side of the gym we like it neat and nice. Also feel free to give Chris a thank you when you see him.

Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)

Power Snatch 6×2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

Supine Ring Pull Ups – 10 Reps
Ball Slams – 5 Reps

*For Ball Slams, use 40-60 lbs.


6 x 25 yd 180 lb Prowler Pushes
6 x 50 yd Sprints
or If Raining
6 x 20 CAL Row

*Rest 90 seconds between efforts.
