50 lb DB Hang Power Cleans – 20 Reps
Chin Ups – 20 Reps
Sprint 1/2 Gasser
50 lb DB Hang Power Cleans – 15 Reps
Chin Ups – 15 Reps
Sprint 1/2 Gasser
50 lb DB Hang Power Cleans – 10 Reps
Chin Ups – 10 Reps
Sprint 1/2 Gasser
50 lb DB Hang Power Cleans – 5 Reps
Chin Ups – 5 Reps
Sprint 1/2 Gasser

For the 1/2 Gasser, if you run in the gym (if there is room) run half way and back then all the way and back. If you run outside use the 50m line and run down and back.
