185 lb Hang Power Clean – 5 Reps
Chin Up – 10 Reps
185 lb Hang Power Clean – 5 Reps
40 lb Ball Slam – 15 Reps
185 lb Hang Power Clean – 5 Reps
Burpee Box Jump – 10 Reps
Rest 90 seconds

The main Gym will be using the pull up bars for their skill…when going to chin ups…run your butt to an open bar and get some!
