*Collegiate and Professional work up to a heavy set of 5 and continue to add weight until you’ve reached your heaviest triple for the day.

Complete 4 Rounds for time:

135 lb Power Snatch – 6 Reps
Walking Lunge – 20 yds
15′ Rope Climb – 3 Reps

*For walking lunge, use 1.5 pood KB in each hand.
