Bench Press 5 RM

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

135 lb Power Snatch – 5 Reps
1.5 pood KB Step Ups – 10 Reps
Push Ups – 15 Reps

*For Step Ups, hold a KB in each hand. Complete 5 Right and 5 Left.
