Working out and lifting weights was not always an interest for Paige. At age 3 Paige started taking Ballet lessons and continued to dance (Ballet, Jazz and modern) until she was 19 years old. She danced at the Washington school of ballet for ten years and had great opportunities to dance with professional companies in multiple pieces: ranging from The Nutcracker with The Washington Ballet to dancing with the Bolshoi for the Balanchine Celebration. Having to quit Ballet at age 19, due to multiple injuries, Paige transferred to the University of Maryland where she majored in Communications and minored in Human Development. Being certain that she would never find another sport/art to interest her and to keep her fit was an understatement when she found her love for CrossFit. CrossFit has become part of her life and with her desire and positive attitude she hopes to push and train others to do the same. One of her greatest accomplishments is establishing the Crofton CrossFit Teens Program!
