Hey there you Kettlebell maniacs! Here’s what we will be doing today:
Every min on the min for
1. Double Kettlebell Clean/Thruster. You clean the Kettlebells and then you perform a Thruster – 5 Reps
2. Seven Pullups – Strict Deadhang, Negatives, or Ring Rows – No kipping
3. Twenty One-Hand Swings – Medium
4. Seven Snatches (7R/7L)
After you complete the Snatches, there will be a one min rest….5 Rounds x 2
