Fitness is not just a word to JC, but rather a lifestyle. CrossFit concepts incorporate programing that JC has integrated into his everyday life. Dedication and perseverance are two words that he believes define CrossFit. He instills these traits in the clients and athletes that he trains, and the results are phenomenal. He has witnessed results from his clients and fellow athletes, from losing weight, or reaching their PR’s (Personal Records), which in his opinion, is the biggest accomplishment a trainer could ask for or could achieve.
