100x burpee
200m walking lunge steps
100x dips
20 rounds bleachers
100x flutter kicks
Run 1 mile

Part A
15 minute AMRAP
15 weighted step ups
10 push-ups
5 DB presses

Rest 5 minutes

Part B 30 minute AMRAP
1200 meter run
Rest 2 minutes
