Rest 2 minutes between each round

Wednesday
Partner WODs
Part 1
Partner A & B perform 30 pull ups can be split up anyway
Part 2
Partner A 1000 meter row
Partner B hold two KB or DB
Part 3
Partner A 15 burpees
Partner B goblet squat hold

Repeat part 1-3, 4 times switching movements each round
