GOALS:
BASIC: Same as last week, for up for B
COMP: really good test from GRID to see where we are at. Testing some TnG work and power output. The next 8 weeks will all geared toward open with TnG/Max Aerobic Power Sessions (MAP). Get ready for some conditioning as part of competitors then about 30 min rest to do WOD with class
