Odd: Squat Clean 1 heavy

Even: 3-6 strict ring dips

 

GOALS:

BASIC: Max reps @ 95% all week! Scale Ring Push-ups as needed to make it 10 unbroken each time

COMP: Peaking, so working into heavy singles now. Make sure you hit 2 jerks.
