A. Back Squat 5×5 @ 50% of 5RM

B. Band Pull aparts 5 x 10

C. WOD

 

COMPETITOR:

A. Clean from high block 5 rep; rest 5 sec between reps; rest 3 min

B. Snatch DL 5.5.5

C. Clean Pull High Block 5.5.5

D. bulgarian split squat 5 x 4-6; rest 90 seconds between legs w/DB in farmers hold

E. WOD

 

GOALS:

BASIC: Last day of deload. Be ready for heavy 5’s next week

COMPETITOR: Same as last week, keep using straps as needed. Remember keep eating during this volume of training! Also for “WOD” focus is on strength not conditioning so make them burners as best as possible.
