D. bulgarian split squat 5 x 4-6; rest 90 seconds between legs w/DB in farmers hold

E. WOD

 

GOALS::

BASIC: Testing week, again this is the wendler 5/3/1 so let me know if you need template for how this is ran. next week is Deload. You will do 50% work

COMP: Use straps as needed, focus on strength build and hip power.
