COMPETITOR:

A. Back Squat 5 x 10 @85% of Monday

B. Bench Press 5 x 10 @85% of Monday

C. Standing DB Press 10.10.10.10

D. Ring Dip 10.10.10.10

E. WOD

 

GOALS:

BASIC: Remember the first 2 are working sets, make the last 3 sets heavy. For HSPU scale up or down (handstand holds, negatives or go up to def on par bars/rings..etc)

COMPETITOR: Same as last week, work up unless you missed find the heavy 10 for C-D. E is the WOD, do with class, scale up or down to make this wod with class a burner.
