Brandon Johnson 

Brandon has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has trained a plethora of clients from all ages and demographics.   Brandon obtained his B.S. in Kinesiology from the College of William & Mary in 2002.  Brandon is a former collegiate football player, martial artist and competitive bodybuilder. He specializes in body composition, nutritional, and lifestyle changes.

 After winning the 2015 Delaware State bodybuilding championship in he decided he wanted a new challenge.  He began looking at alternative ways to train and realized he missed “feeling” athletic like he was in his collegiate days.  This pushed him to pursue and obtain his level 1 certification and he has incorporated CrossFit ideologies in his clientele and personal programming since.
