farrahI fell in love with crossfit over 3 years ago when J.C. introduced it to me during my training sessions with Gold’s Gym.  The reasons are simple you put in hard work but have super big fun at the same time.  I have really enjoyed the friendships that have developed from my time at CCF, LOL so much so that I seem to come in and never leave.  I got diagnosed with scoliosis that had me out for a while and then almost two years ago I developed bicep tendonitis.  They both left me feeling like all strives I had made were gone, I was unable to RX the ones I could before let alone complete a regular wod.  Wanting to get back to where I once was and go beyond with learning new skills and getting stronger overall, I talked to J.C and he started personal programming for me based on my goals.  Best decision EVER!!!! With the help of him and my rockin WOD partner Rachel I have seen so many great results.  My pullups are back and better than ever, I can do ring dips now and my overall strength has grown.  I still have a long way to go in hitting all my goals but with awesome coaches and supportive friends I am well on my way to a healthier me.
