Dear CCF, I really frickin miss you guys. I will have to write and tell you about what we are going to call Winged Warrior CrossFit here in Honduras. It is something another Sergeant and myself are in the process of starting up, nothing official just a bunch of Soldiers getting together, challenging each other. No matter how much of a program we build though, nothing will be the same as CCF. I hope everyone there is doing well and feeling fit as f*ck.
