A.

3 sets not for time
5 strict pullups
8/ side side plank with reach through

(No Dumbbells.  If the movement feels to easy, move to an extended arm)

B.

Fitness:

15 min AMRAP
8 knees to chest
8  deadlifts (same bar as power clean)
8 box jumps with step down 24/20

*EMOM 2 power cleans at 70%

Athlete:

15 min AMRAP
8 Toes to bar
8  deadlifts (same bar as power clean)
8 box jumps with step down 24/20

*EMOM 2 power cleans at 70%
