Fitness:

  1. Every 90 seconds for 15 min to OHS to max
  2. 5 rounds 1 minute at each station
    1. Tire hits with sledgehammer
    2. Prowler push
    3. Row
    4. Sand bag lunges
    5. Rest

Athlete:
