B. Every 90 seconds for 15 min power clean or squat clean to max

A.
Fitness:
10 rounds
15 wallballs
10 calories row or bike

Athlete:
10 rounds
15 wallballs 20/14 @ 10 Ft
10 calories row or bike

Goals: A. Build up in clean so that you have 2-4 attempts to PR at the end.
B.try to stay at a consistent time for each round.
