A. E2MOM 20 min to split jerk or power jerk to  max

Fitness:
25 min AMRAP
200m run
5 ring rows
10 pushups
15 air squats
50m prowler push

Athlete:
25 min AMRAP
200m run
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
50m prowler push

Goal: A. Similar to yesterday– spend the 20 minutes building up in the split jerk so you have 2-4 attempts at a PR.
