Friday-

  1. Snatch Deadlift at 80- 100+% of snatch with 3 second pause above knee x 3 x 5 sets
  2. EMOM 10
    1. Pullups+ 8 burpees
      1. Pick a number of pullups or ring rows and try to stay at that number the whole time
