Fitness:

15 min AMRAP
10 burpee box jumps 24/20
8 shoulder to overhead 95/65
10 air squats

Athlete:

15 min AMRAP
10 burpee box jumps 30/24
8 shoulder to overhead 135/95
10 air squats

Goal: Same as Monday. Build up throughout the 20 minutes so you have 2-4 attempts at a PR at the end.
