A. E2MOM 20min push press to max (every 2 minutes EMOM style)

B.

Fitness:
20 min amrap
50 kb deadlifts 53/35
40 goblet squats 53/35
30 kb swings (Russian) 53/35
20 single arm kb presses (10/arm) 53/35
10 turkish getups (5/arm) 53/35

Athlete:
Fitness:
20 min amrap
50 kb deadlifts 73/53
40 goblet squats 73/53
30 kb swings (Russian) 73/53
20 single arm kb presses (10/arm) 73/53
10 turkish getups (5/arm) 73/53

Goal: A. Build up throughout the 20 minutes so you have 2-4 attempts at PR push press
B.AMRAP should be done at a constant speed so find a pace you can stick to for 20 minutes
