Odd: 5 Bench Press Unbroken
Even: Max Unbroken Toes to bar

Athlete:
OTM 20:
Odd: 3-5 Bench Press Unbroken
Even: Max Unbroken Toes to bar

GOALS:
A: Work up to heavy 5, don’t worry about PR
B: Keep Bench Press same weight and grind through all sets unbroken. Pace the T2B to keep last few rounds the same reps as first few

Shout out to Richelle for a 2rep Thruster PR at 150# !!!!!!
