Kipping pullup skill work.  Accumulate 20-30 good quality reps.




Strict pull up 3×8.  Add weight if possible.




For time:


150 double unders/300 single unders

40 deadlift (185/125)

30 pull up

20 front squat

10 shoulder to overhead
