A.WOD prep

Team of 2: For time:
50 partner Wall balls (25 per person)
25 Tire Flips
400m Prowler
50 Wall Ball sit ups
50 Burpees
800m run with Med. ball

Partner Wall Balls stand side by side. partner A squats and throws ball to wall, Partner B catches the ball squats and throws to the wall, then partner A catches etc..

Tire flips, can flip together if needed or one at a time

400m Prowler, one person pushes prowler at a time

Wall ball sit ups, 50 total, 25 each. foot to foot

burpees and Run with med ball , only one person can work at a time.
