Goal: A. Fitness. make sure you do a heavy five with tempo; Athlete find your 5 max
B. This is a power wod, move quickly. DL should be light and unbroken (don’t lose form)

Big Congrats to Krista! she recently got hip surgery and before the surgery has not been able to do an OHS for a few years. Yesterday she completed the work out doing OHS with the 15# bar.  So proud of you, Hard work and determination pays off!!
